Pool Rules & Terms of Use
VargaTech BTC Solo Public · Standard btcpublic.vargatech.net:3334 · High-Diff/Rentals btcpublic.vargatech.net:3335
1. Service model
The service is a Bitcoin solo mining pool with separate Stratum instances for standard miners on port 3334 and high-difficulty/rental connections on port 3335. Both instances are aggregated in the public statistics. There is no shared PPLNS, PPS or FPPS compensation. Only a valid block find can create a reward.
2. Connection and reward assignment
A valid Bitcoin mainnet address must be used as the Stratum username; a worker name may be appended after a dot. The successful miner receives the miner share through the Coinbase transaction. Incorrect, invalid or third-party addresses may cause an irreversible loss.
3. Pool fee
The pool fee is 0.5% of the Coinbase value of a valid block found through the pool. The remaining 99.5% is assigned to the successful miner output. Rounding, dust and protocol effects may cause minor deviations.
4. No guarantee of success
Mining is probabilistic. Shares below the Bitcoin network difficulty are not block finds and do not create a payment claim. Displayed hashrates, probabilities and time estimates are estimates only.
5. Availability
There is no entitlement to uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, technical faults, network disruptions, attacks, Bitcoin protocol changes or force majeure may affect the service. The operator may temporarily restrict the service for security or operational reasons.
6. Permitted use
Attacks, manipulation attempts, abusive connections, malware, unauthorized use of third-party computing power and any unlawful use are prohibited. Connections may be blocked to protect the pool.
7. Liability
Statutory liability for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health remains unaffected. Otherwise, statutory liability rules apply. Users are responsible for their wallet, miner configuration, electricity costs, taxes and legal compliance.
8. Changes
The fee and technical conditions are displayed transparently on the website. Material changes will be published before they take effect. For mining jobs already created, the outputs contained in the respective Coinbase template apply.
