1. General principle
The VargaTech BTC Solo Public Pool does not use advertising, profiling or visitor analytics cookies. Strictly necessary storage is used to provide the website securely and remember your privacy choice. Optional functional storage for the PWA, offline cache, dashboard preferences and block alerts is activated only after your consent.

3. Legal bases
Strictly necessary storage is used under Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG. The associated processing of personal data is based, depending on the specific purpose, on contract or pre-contractual service provision, legal obligations, or legitimate interests in secure and reliable operation under Article 6(1)(b), (c) and (f) GDPR. Optional functional storage is activated only with consent under Section 25(1) TDDDG in conjunction with Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
4. Withdrawal and browser settings
You can withdraw the functional category at any time through “Privacy settings”. The website then removes known functional values from local storage, deletes VargaTech PWA caches and unregisters the service worker. You can also manage cookies, site data, notification permissions and installed web apps in your browser at any time.
5. No analytics or marketing profiles
No Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising-network or comparable profiling technologies are used. Adding such services in the future would require prior updates to this notice and separate consent.
